Privacy & Data Sovereignty Policy
In short: Guardian RF is designed to keep your spectrum data on hardware you control, and we use the details you send us only to reply to you.

AceGuardian AI Pro Inc. is built on a simple principle: we don't want your raw data.
Many cloud-based monitoring services send sensitive telemetry and spectrum captures to the vendor's servers. Guardian RF is designed to work the other way around: offline-first, with processing on edge hardware that you control. Your data sovereignty is the product.
Your Raw Data Stays With You
Guardian RF is designed so that spectrum captures, sensor logs and raw telemetry are processed, analyzed and stored locally, on nodes at your site or on edge hardware dedicated to you. By design, Guardian RF does not sync your raw operational data to any cloud service, and AceGuardian has no remote access to it unless you choose to grant access, for example for installation or support.

What Leaves Your Site
Raw captures stay on your hardware. When the optional vault integration is turned on, what leaves your local environment is a cryptographic record of each event: a SHA-256 hash (a digital fingerprint) of the event's metadata, stored in the AsterionDB vault. This is designed to provide:
- A chain of custody for each event
- A tamper-evident audit trail
- A record that does not expose the underlying raw capture
If you set up alerts (for example, emergency notifications), the alert content you choose is also sent to the destinations you configure. Both the vault integration and alerting are under your control.
This Website & Your Inquiries
This website is hosted on Squarespace, which provides basic traffic analytics and uses cookies needed to run the site. We use this information only to understand general visitor patterns. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. For details on how Squarespace handles data, see Squarespace's privacy policy.
4.1 When you contact us
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization and message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about our services. Contact form submissions are stored by Squarespace and forwarded to our email.
We keep inquiry correspondence for up to two years, then delete it, unless we need to keep it longer for an ongoing business relationship or a legal requirement.
Compliance & Data Residency
Guardian RF's offline-first architecture is designed to help organizations meet strict data-handling requirements. Each organization remains responsible for its own compliance obligations. If you need information about a specific standard or requirement, please contact us.
- Restricted environments: all detection hardware can stay under your physical control, which can support export-control and security requirements.
- Personal information: Guardian RF measures radio signal characteristics and is not designed to collect personal information. Personal information we collect through this website is covered in Section 4.
- Data residency: your spectrum data stays where your hardware is, and does not cross borders unless you configure it to.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as Canada's PIPEDA, British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the EU's GDPR give you rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows
- Withdraw your consent to our use of it
- Complain to a privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
